Elie Saab Le Parfum Rose Couture perfume review: what ingredients it is made of? when was it launched? who created it? what sillage and longevity does it have? I will answer about that and much more in my professional review, along with my personal photographs.
ELIE SAAB LE PARFUM ROSE COUTURE
Elie Saab launched Le Parfum Rose Couture in February 2016. It is a Chypre Floral and can be purchased in stores and at https://amzn.to/2Gl9imI).
Rose Couture is a sequel to Le Parfum from 2011. Furthermore, this fragrance can be found in formats of 30, 50 and 90 ml Eau de Toilette and has a beautiful light pastel pink bottle.
ELIE SAAB LE PARFUM ROSE COUTURE REVIEW
The packaging design consists of a delicate pink box with embossed roses, a concept that really goes well with the main notes of the perfume. Moreover, the pink will be a theme for both the box and the bottle, with a feminine and graceful style.

The bottle of this fragrance features multiple diamond-like facets. Its look is modern and of good taste, with a beautiful simplicity in shape and fonts.
The pale rose colour expresses a feminine refinement, while the transparency adds a fresh element. I loved taking photographs of this gorgeous bottle!
ELIE SAAB LE PARFUM ROSE COUTURE SCENTS & INGREDIENTS
Francis Kurkdjian, the perfumier behind scents as Elizabeth Arden “Green Tea”, Nina Ricci “L’Extase” and Jean Paul Gaultier “Le Male” to name a few, created Elie Saab Le Parfum Rose Couture.
What scent does Le Parfum Rose Couture have? Imagine a walk into a lush garden, with Peonies and Roses, as the rain falls during a sunny Summer morning. The wind blows slightly, gently moving the Orange trees that offer you shelter from the cooling water drops.
The top notes in Elie Saab Le Parfum Rose Couture are of Peony and Rose. This combination creates a modern and romantic accord. It is not an overwhelming traditional Rose perfume, instead creating a fresh and light scent. It is not a classical Rose or Peony fragrance.
After them, the middle notes appear, with scents of Jasmine and Rose Nectar. You can feel glimpses of Vanilla and different fruits, as peaches.
The base notes include Sandalwood and Patchouli.

SILLAGE & LONGEVITY
This scent lasts for hours, giving it a medium longevity. Furthermore, the sillage is also medium, 2-3 sprays being enough. I would recommend this fragrance for day use, but you can of course use it at night too.
ELIE SAAB LE PARFUM ROSE COUTURE COMPARISON WITH LE PARFUM
Le Parfum has a very feminine, more intense Orange Blossom scent, being included in the Oriental Floral groups. In comparison, Le Parfum Rose Couture, a Chypre Floral, lacks the glimpses of Cedar and Cinnamon. Rose Couture presents similarities with the first Le Parfum but it has its unique fragrance.
Therefore, Rose Couture is a bit less feminine than Le Parfum and less Orange Blossom oriented. It is a more tamed version of the first launched version, in the same time managing to not make the Rose an over-powering ingredient. It is a well-mixed and fresh fragrance, far from a Rose classic.
Overall, I like this perfume, from the bottle design to its refined ingredients, making it one of my frequent choices this Spring.
Do not forget that the original Rose Couture can be purchased in stores and at https://amzn.to/2Gl9imI).
